Job Description

We are seeking a talented Assistant Director of Technology to join our team. As a key member of the technology department, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel systems, including the property management system, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Maintain Hotel Systems: Install, maintain, and repair all hotel systems, including the property management system, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel systems.
  • Collaborate with Hotel Staff: Collaborate with hotel staff to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT: A degree or vocational certificate in computer science or IT is required, with 4 years of related experience or a background in computer setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databases.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel staff and other stakeholders.
