Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an exceptional sales-driven business professional to lead our office services team.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities
  • Generate profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local market, exceeding set targets.
  • Drive and maximise service revenue through up-selling of variable services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect to generate leads through local companies, partnerships, and brokers.
  • Effectively manage leads and continuously update CRM throughout the sales process to close of deal.
Operations and Financial Management Responsibilities
  • Accountability for centre profitability, performance, and success through P&L management.
  • Drive revenue by effectively and consistently maximising all service revenue.
  • Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin.
  • Maximise occupancy and profitability of the centre by proactively managing customers' expansion requirements.
Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships with a focus on meeting customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Ensure the centre team delivers exceptional customer service and customers' needs are handled effectively and efficiently.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, managing, motivating, leading, and developing a centre team.
  • Set clear performance expectations for each team member and hold them accountable for results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance.
  • Customer service-focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organisational skills, including prioritisation, multi-tasking, and working effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Remuneration

1,500 – 1,800 OMR + monthly bonus paid quarterly.
