As a Housekeeping Manager, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and decor across all areas of our establishment. Your leadership will focus on implementing effective working rules and practices for housekeeping colleagues, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments, and providing exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all housekeeping operations, managing teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous standards of cleanliness and decor, aligned with organizational expectations.
  • Develop and implement efficient working rules and practices, driving productivity and quality within the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established housekeeping standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive operational excellence.
  • Train and develop the skills of housekeeping colleagues, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented team culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, and control expenses to achieve budgetary targets.
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate records, including inventory management, ordering replacements as needed, and controlling expenses within set parameters.
  • Organize night cleaning operations for kitchens, offices, public spaces, health club facilities, and pool areas to maintain spotless conditions.
  • Prepare the annual housekeeping budget, making recommendations for equipment modernization and staying informed about industry developments through networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounts Department to control expenses within monthly forecasts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in housekeeping management, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies, upholding the organization's commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
