Responsibilities include driving quality assurance towards hotel policies and procedures, coordinating team allocation, inspecting guest rooms, providing training, managing storage areas, handling guest requests, communicating effectively with colleagues and departments, reviewing processes, and participating in projects and special assignments.

Key requirements include possessing a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Ensure smooth operation of floors and impeccable guest rooms with attention to detail
  • Coordinate and allocate teams in early and late shifts
  • Inspect guest rooms and suites
  • Provide regular training to the team
  • Manage cleanliness of storage areas
  • Handle guest requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction
