Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing cost, staff certification, and manpower allocation information to support commercial proposals and project planning.

The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for managing and coordinating all manpower deployment, certifications, and safety training. This includes maintaining contracts with transporters, logistic providers, and suppliers, as well as liaising with service providers for transportation and logistical support.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Coordinator will oversee equipment and crew transportation to project sites, coordinate documentation, sanctions, and transactions for import/export of equipment and materials, supervise local purchases and negotiate rates with vendors, manage stores, maintain employee data and databases, ensure timesheets are received and recorded regularly, sanction leave, and manage employee relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school or graduation in any subject.
  • 4-5 years of experience in technical departments, preferably in Operations or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
