Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Pricing and Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market share through the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies.

\

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare business plans, develop forecasts, and manage inventory decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining revenue/pricing models in collaboration with finance, as well as owning and signing off on all fixed and mobile pricing innovations for business products and services.

\

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of working experience in planning and pricing roles in telecom or other service industries, with a university degree in Commercial, IT, or Telecom. Required competencies include strong competencies in marketing, financial analysis, and strategic evaluation of company products and services.

About the Role

\

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to drive a rigorous understanding of margin composition and trends for the company. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken). Strong MS Office skills are also essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing forecasts for business planning, inventory decisions, and network capacity planning.\
  • Working with finance to develop and maintain revenue/pricing models.\
  • Owning and signing off on all fixed and mobile pricing innovations for business products and services.\
  • Collaborating with product managers and marketing communications to ensure that pricing is understandable and attractive to target customers.\
  • Mandating appropriate market research to define optimal price points.\
  • Driving a rigorous understanding of margin composition and trends for the company and translating this into actionable insights.\
  • Understanding the functionality offered by the current billing and mediation systems and driving the company's technical capabilities to deliver innovative pricing options.\
  • Managing all aspects of price maintenance and implementation.\
  • Supporting Account Managers and presales in pricing complex bids.\
