Job Title: Tourism Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Tourism Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the tourism industry.

About the Role:
  • Sales & Partnerships:
    • Identify and onboard travel agents, tour operators, hotels, and corporate clients.
    • Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure ongoing collaboration.
    • Visit potential clients (hotels, resorts, embassies, event planners) to pitch services and secure bookings.
  • Lead Generation & Revenue Growth:
    • Generate and follow up on new leads from various channels (phone, email, social media, B2B networks).
    • Achieve monthly sales targets for private charters, group tours, and daily trips.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Coordinate with the content and operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Attend expos, tourism events, and hotel meetups to represent the brand.
  • Market Research:
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Suggest new offerings, pricing strategies, and client incentives based on market feedback.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales performance.
    • Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or tourism-related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oman's tourism market is a plus.
