Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled sales agent who can handle the Italian market. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in English, and have a native level of fluency in Italian.

As a sales agent, you will be responsible for managing travelers' requests via our platform and being the main point of contact for travelers in the Italian market.

You will be working closely with our team to ensure that all travelers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

Advising travelers and building tailor-made trips

Communicating with travelers through our platform

Understanding their expectations and specific needs

Providing guidance on destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities

Managing all the practical aspects of the trip

Matching traveler needs with transport, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities

Managing hotel and activity bookings

Invoicing travelers

Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey

Acting as the travelers' point of contact during the trip

Monitoring quality throughout the experience

Handling complaints, cancellations, and refunds as needed

Requirements

Native Italian speaker and proficient in English

2+ years of experience in tourism and/or sales

Familiarity with Arabic culture and destinations

Great communication skills and client-first mindset

Comfortable with digital tools and email communication

Collaborative and receptive to feedback

Lived or traveled extensively in Oman

Organized, resourceful, and adaptable

Passionate about responsible tourism
