About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. As an Online Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high value vendors.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities for increased revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Maintain continuous business relationships with vendors through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional service by ensuring menu updates, price parity, and assortment consistency across all vendors.
- Optimize vendor operations by analyzing coverage areas, delivery times, and preparation times.
- Discuss in-store branding opportunities with stores to enhance customer acquisition and brand recognition.
- Ensure campaigns have maximum visibility through marketing briefs and banners.
- Generate coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing vendors.
- Forecast and procure deals and vendors for NCR.
- Record all NCR and prospecting activities accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve live or active issues on talabat.
- Evaluate vendors' monthly sales performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excel skills.
