  • Room Allocation: Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability, ensuring that special requests and requirements are accommodated.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve minor guest complaints and issues effectively, escalating more complex concerns to higher-level staff when necessary.
  • Payment Processing: Process guest payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure timely service.
