The Opportunity

This Community Associate position involves working closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them, and ensuring they have everything they need.

A Typical Day at Work

A typical day starts 15 minutes before opening time to prepare the centre and check for any issues. The morning is filled with customer requests, from changing WiFi codes to providing directions and assistance with equipment setup.

As the day progresses, tasks include sorting mail, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the Community Manager on event planning and promotions.

  • You are a good communicator with strong professional relationships and empathy for people's needs.
  • You are happy taking ownership of problems and finding effective solutions.
  • You are positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-changing situations.
  • You are confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages.
  • You must be an Oman Citizen.
