About the Role:

We are seeking a Waiter to join our Food and Beverage team at Jumeirah Muscat Bay.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Discuss food and wine choices with guests in detail, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions.
  • Control usage of food and beverage items, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure impeccable food pick up and service is completed in a timely manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate guest orders to the kitchen using our point-of-sales system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Set up tables, serve food and beverage, and clear/clean tables, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently to concerns, providing exceptional hospitality and service.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, enabling you to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
