Job Title: Incident Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Response Specialist to operate in our 24/7 command center. The ideal candidate will have experience with performance and observability tools, monitoring all IT assets using various tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor critical systems and IT assets using observability tools such as Dynatrace, Riverbed NPM, SolarWinds, and Grafana.
  2. Manage incident and problem workflows, including escalation, reporting, and resolution.
  3. Coordinate with technical teams for system inspections, emergency repairs, and management to ensure high uptime.
  4. Conduct shift handovers, prepare daily reports, and maintain documentation.
  5. Lead crisis management activities, including incident classification, escalation, and war-room management.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure swift incident resolution.
  7. Generate monthly incident trend reports for review.
  8. Maintain a knowledge library for operational procedures and detection techniques.
  9. FOLLOW predefined recovery processes and ensure continuous monitoring of systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience as an Incident or Problem Manager in IT Application Operations.
  • Proficiency with performance monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Riverbed NPM, SolarWinds, and Grafana.
  • Experience in command center operations and monitoring IT assets.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and crisis management skills.
