Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the front desk staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently provide thoughtful, caring, and sincere service to guests.
  • Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow up on any issues.
  • Review the front office log and trace file daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor all VIPs and special guest requests, providing personalized attention and care.
  • Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
  • Ensure timely and professional delivery of messages, packages, and mail.
  • Minimum of two years in a similar role in a branded hotel.
  • Diploma in hospitality management.
  • Computer literacy.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in hospitality management or a related field being an asset.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hotel or resort setting, is essential. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
