Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Houseperson.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest corridor areas, pantries, offices, and storage.
  • Support colleagues with linen collection and delivery, and ensure pantries are set up for efficient operation.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests.
  • Assist with laundry, room attendants, and cleaning staff during peak times.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
  • Use equipment and supplies correctly, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Perform deep cleaning and inventory checks regularly.
  • Provide friendly, seamless service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and follow procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, if necessary.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
