Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Strategist to spearhead our workforce development initiatives in Muscat, Oman. This pivotal role demands 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in organizational transformation, employee engagement, and cultural evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives and facilitate the adoption of best practices.
  • Develop and oversee employee experience programs (onboarding through retention).
  • Oversee performance management and leadership development initiatives.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and promote a culture of inclusivity.
  • Manage HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws and global best practices.
  • Collaborate with executives to shape the company's strategic direction and workplace culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic HR leadership (GCC experience preferred).
  • Expertise in HRIS platforms, Employee Engagement tools, and People Analytics.
