We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system integrated with our existing ERP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the ERM system, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate the ERM solution with SAP and other existing systems.
  • Facilitate software acquisition and licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Configure system functionalities, user access controls, and workflows to align with business risk processes.
  • Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Conduct user training programs and develop manuals for system users and administrators.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues before going live.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, monitoring, and optimization of the ERM system post-implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERM system implementation, preferably integrated with ERP.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance, and governance processes.
  • Experience in data migration, system configuration, and user training.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and software deployment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior Experience
  • Experience with AI-driven risk management tools.
  • Certifications in risk management, SAP, or project management.
  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas industry ERM systems.

This is a mid-senior level position within Finance and Sales, operating in the Warehousing and Storage industry.
