Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system integrated with our existing ERP (SAP). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the ERM system, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management strategies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with IT and business units to integrate the ERM solution with SAP and other existing systems. This includes facilitating software acquisition and licensing agreements, configuring system functionalities, user access controls, and workflows to align with business risk processes.

Additionally, the candidate will develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Conducting user training programs and developing manuals for system users and administrators is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in ERM system implementation, preferably integrated with ERP (SAP), is required.
