About the Role

We are currently looking for a Technical Trainer/Instructor to develop a team of technicians underpinned by Brand standards. The role involves training needs analysis, developing technical training programs utilizing a blended learning approach, and impact measurement.

Key Duties:
  1. Actively promote associate and customer engagement activities.
  2. Deliver high-quality technical training to meet distributor and company policies and Honda quality standards.
  3. Design and maintain positive, engaging, memorable, and productive learning environments for associates.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this opportunity the selected candidate will need to have the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

Minimum Requirements and Knowledge
  1. High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English, (additional languages advantageous).
  2. Full driving License.
  3. A High Level Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
  4. Adult learning or training and assessment certificate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
  1. At least 2-5 years Technical Training or Coaching role.
  2. At least 5 Years Automotive Industry Experience.
  3. Proficient to Master Technician Level or industry equivalent.
  4. Customer Facing Role Experience.
  5. Ability to demonstrate modern vehicle diagnostic and repair methods.
