About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing sponsorship and revenue in line with our deliverables, personally committed to playing a pivotal role in bringing major stakeholders together to establish critical goals.

  • Conduct market research to understand vendor and client relationships relevant to target markets, including identifying industry trends while monitoring competitive performance.
  • Business Development – consult with new and existing clients to identify needs, build demand and sell packages to each target market.
  • Develop specified sales plans while coordinating ongoing sales initiatives (online and offline), including campaigns and relationships with external partners.
  • Take full ownership of allocated clients, revenue targets, new business development and reporting.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure accurate targeting of potential customers and clients.

About You

  • A tenacious, driven, solution-finding self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude who is ambitious and hungry for success.
  • +3 years of experience in B2B in Commercial Sales.
  • Technical experience with contract management, budget management, and proposal writing.
  • Capable of upselling opportunities and products.
  • Excellent verbal and written English – other languages advantageous.
  • The flexibility to travel locally and internationally.
