Dual Finance Role

We are seeking an experienced Cashier / Paymaster to join our Finance team. In this key role, you will be responsible for daily cash operations and accurate payroll processing.

Your attention to detail will ensure the smooth operation of our financial engine, supporting every department in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
Cashier Responsibilities:
  • Collect, count, and reconcile daily cash drops from all revenue centers.
  • Prepare and deposit daily cash collections to the bank according to company procedures.
  • Monitor, issue, and reconcile all petty cash and house funds.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and audits of cash floats.
  • Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Payroll Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll for all team members in coordination with HR and in accordance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain confidential employee payroll records, including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
  • Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Prepare payroll reports and respond to internal or external audit requests as needed.
  • Support team members with payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in finance, cashier, or payroll roles, preferably in hospitality.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and accounting systems.
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
