Guest Experience Leader

This role involves overseeing the overall guest experience, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels and fostering a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between operational departments, maintaining high standards of quality assurance, and leading the Fire, Life, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability program.

About the Role

The Guest Experience Leader reports directly to the General Manager and is accountable for the hotel when the General Manager is absent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all operational departments to ensure seamless execution of hotel operations.
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction levels by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Lead the Fire, Life, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability program to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Preside over quality assurance meetings to review and improve standards.
  • Distribute and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Cascade new hotel strategy information to colleagues to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with the MarCom Manager to maintain impactful operational activations and efficient guest feedback handling.
  • Support the Sales team in operational coordination and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Hold regular meetings with operational division and departmental heads to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Fully uphold MOHG Code of Conduct and participate in learning, development, and social activities.
