Job Summary

This Executive Leadership Position plays a critical role in driving the day-to-day activities of our transformation, working closely with senior management to facilitate change and deliver performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the CEO in developing and implementing the business strategy, and assisting in delivering on strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Regularly review and assess the business strategy in response to changing market and industry conditions.
  3. Prepare timely updates on airline performance for the Board of Directors and senior government stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with executive management to develop periodic business plans and oversee business operations.
  5. Provide oversight on the financial performance of the airline, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
  6. Identify business development opportunities and optimize revenue or costs.
  7. Ensure operational efficiency and safety through effective oversight of daily operations.
  8. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments.
  9. Offer guidance and advice to the CEO and executive management on various matters.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership positions (C-suite or Director and above).
  • Omani National with a strong willingness to develop and upskill themselves.
