About the Role
This is a seasoned Business Support professional opportunity in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the Director and Vice President of Distribution.
The role incorporates classic PA duties, including maintaining the Executives' appointment schedule, planning meetings, conferences, and travel, as well as looking after key clients and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM database
- Coordinating due diligence processes
- Extensive diary and travel management
- Minuting senior-level meetings
- Preparing meeting literature and expenses
Requirements
Capability, knowledge, and experience are essential. Exemplary secretarial skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach are required. Strong business-writing, presentation, and reporting skills are also necessary.
