Food Service Maintenance Specialist Position

This role involves working independently to maintain and repair food service equipment to ensure seamless operations. As a skilled technician, you will identify and resolve issues related to kitchen machinery, collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining food service equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Performing routine checks on machinery to detect potential issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures to maintain the quality of our hospitality services.

In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of our hospitality brand by providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. A licensed high/low pressure boiler operator or equivalent certification is an asset. Proven knowledge in the operation of equipment such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and/or steam boilers is essential.
