Job Description:

This engineering management role offers an exciting opportunity for technologists passionate about Linux and Ubuntu to build their careers with us. If you have experience with open source development, this position will allow you to work alongside top professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of software engineers, designing and delivering solutions using Go, Python, and open source tools like Airbyte and Temporal. Additionally, you will partner with business customers to understand their integration needs and seek improvements to established processes and designs.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a software developer in Python
  • Excellent understanding of integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience as an engineering manager or team lead
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with diverse team members and stakeholders
