We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to manage all aspects of housekeeping and laundry operations, delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
  • Maintain and order supplies and equipment, minimising waste in support of green initiatives
  • Refine and prepare budgets to maximise profitability
  • Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members

  • Educate team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in hospitality or related field
  • 3+ years total experience in catering or related field
  • Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Must speak local language(s)
