Job Description:

The Front Office Manager will oversee all front office functions and staff. This includes the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet departments. The manager will be responsible for directing and working with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of front office staff, including front desk agents, concierges, and valets.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations.
  • Manage department budgets and control expenses to achieve financial goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in front office management or a related role.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
