Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the formation and administration of subcontract activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and negotiation abilities to ensure seamless project execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead subcontract formation and administration tasks to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and review project contracts operating procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Regularly conduct progress reviews and forecasting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure subcontract compliance.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or international equivalent).
  • 5-8 years of experience in contract management or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven expertise in contract formation, including prequalification, tender, and award processes.
  • Subcontract management skills, including change management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
