Safety Officer: A Vital Role in Ensuring a Healthy Work Environment
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with excellent communication and administrative skills.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments and prepare mitigation plans to ensure a safe working environment.
- Audit HSE controls and maintain safety plans for emergency procedures.
- Prepare reports and proposals to improve HSE performance.
- Investigate accidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in preparing HSE reports and documentation.
- NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
