
Sales Leadership Specialist

This role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, and excellent written and oral communication abilities. Experience in new business development, working with key regional retailers, and strategic thinking are essential qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a route-to-market plan for impulse, wholesale, and new channels
- Achieve in-store presence objectives and optimize journey plans
- Leverage market insights to capture new business opportunities
- Collaborate with regional managers to drive sales growth and develop local tactical plans
- Track asset deployment and execution, and provide regular performance updates
Key Qualifications:
- University degree in Business administration or related field
- 5+ years of General Trade sales experience in an FMCG MNC
- Extensive experience in working with key regional retailers
- New business development expertise
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
