Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the surveying and mapping industry.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
    • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth by conducting thorough research and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
    • Possess excellent presentation skills to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Client Management:
    • Understand client requirements and provide personalized service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, closely monitoring and analyzing sales performance to make informed decisions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals and objectives.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
