We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Oman.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the surveying and mapping industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth by conducting thorough research and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Possess excellent presentation skills to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
- Client Management:
- Understand client requirements and provide personalized service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, closely monitoring and analyzing sales performance to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals and objectives.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
