
Customer Relationship Strategist

Job Purpose:
eFinancialCareers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. This key role represents a relationship manager and serves as the primary liaison point between the customer and eFinancialCareers for assistance, queries, client servicing, resolutions, and relationship management.
Main activities include:
- Building substantial and lasting revenue by generating relationships with banks and card schemes.
- Providing a high level of customer service customized to meet the needs of clients using specialist knowledge, skills, and expertise.
- Identifying, initiating, establishing, and developing long-lasting relationships.
- Configuring and addressing specific client needs.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or relevant field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in relationship management and client relations.
- Experience in technical operational support in the retail payments processing industry preferred.
- Experience in the markets assigned.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of the retail payments processing industry.
- Technical background in payment processing operations coupled with commercial skills.
- Understanding of card schemes regulations and products.
- Understanding of IT development is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
