Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or relevant field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in relationship management and client relations.
- Experience in technical operational support in the retail payments processing industry preferred.
- Experience in the markets assigned.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of the retail payments processing industry.
- Technical background in payment processing operations coupled with commercial skills.
- Understanding of card schemes regulations and products.
- Understanding of IT development is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
