Job Purpose:

The Senior Relationship Manager at eFinancialCareers is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients to achieve revenue, client satisfaction, and other targets.

Main activities include:

  • Building substantial and lasting relationships with banks and card schemes to generate revenue.
  • Providing a high level of customer service customized to meet the needs of clients using specialist knowledge, skills, and expertise.
  • Identifying, initiating, establishing, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Configuring and addressing specific client needs.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or relevant field.

7+ years of experience in relationship management and client relations. Experience in technical operational support in the retail payments processing industry preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
