Job Title: Senior Nutrition Field Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of detailing activities related to infant nutrition products to medical professionals in their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement quarterly action plans to achieve detailing objectives, prioritizing resources and aligning with the field operations manager.
  2. Monitor and review territory activities using CRM data and other sources, identifying opportunities and proposing strategies for improvement.
  3. Manage expenses, including special functions like scientific meetings, and ensure proper requisition and distribution of materials.
  4. Classify healthcare professionals by type, distribute coverage fairly, and maintain database consistency.
  5. Coordinate with the field operations manager to maximize team efficiency, including transfers and recruitment processes.
  6. Motivate, coach, guide, and evaluate Medical Delegates' performance, validating their skills and providing feedback for improvement.
  7. Organize cycle meetings, instructing delegates on new literature and promotional materials, and updating the team on developments in nutrition and regulations.
  8. Gather insights into product availability and take appropriate actions related to HCP communications and activities.
  9. Monitor competitors' activities within the territory and propose action plans accordingly.
  10. Visit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders in the assigned geographical scope.
  11. Organize scientific lectures on nutrition-related topics with medical and paramedical groups.
  12. Ensure adherence to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes and local country codes by the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, or Biology degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading a team with a solid achievement record
