**Pastry Chef Position Available**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a range of sweet and savory dishes according to menu specifications
  • Develop new recipes and ideas for seasonal menus
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met for all products
  • Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, making orders as needed
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus and dishes
  • Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
  • Strong time management skills to ensure timely production of pastries for service
  • Excellent communication skills to train staff effectively
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
