We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist - Oman Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in the Oman market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the signage and advertising industry, with proven experience in sales management and business development. They will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and branding requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote ENG's services.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
