Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead our payment applications team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application support, particularly in payment systems.

  • At least 10 years of experience in application support with a focus on payment systems.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of payment protocols, APIs, and integration technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical project deliverables, leading testing phases, and providing support during deployment and post-deployment phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in application support with at least 10 years in payment systems.
  • Proven experience in handling domestic card scheme programs, preferably in the GCC market.
  • Strong knowledge of payment protocols, APIs, and integration technologies.
