Electrical Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Operations Manager to lead our electrical team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the engineering department.
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on electrical consumption, downtime, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
