Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling engineering staff to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimize engineering department productivity and efficiency.
  • Compile monthly consumption reports on energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor staff activity and productivity, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Inform the Engineering Manager of any downtime or delays in task completion.
  • Manage daily duties and job assignments for the team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas, adhering to Six Senses guidelines and standards.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant apprenticeship with at least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong technical skills, including project analysis and design, and comprehensive knowledge of engineering-related products and services used in resorts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret numerical data accurately.
