Electrical Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor who can effectively lead and manage engineering operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including project analysis, design, and comprehensive knowledge of engineering products and services used in luxury hotels. They will also possess strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and discipline their team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, supervise, schedule, motivate, and discipline engineering hosts to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
  • Help plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls for efficient, timely, and proactive engineering operations.
  • Compile monthly reports on heat, light, power, electricity, gas, steam, and water consumption.
  • Monitor hosts' productivity, utilization rates, and manage accordingly.
  • Inform the Engineering Manager of downtime or delays in task completion.
  • Manage daily duties and job assignments for the team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Use personal safety gear while on duty.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with electrical apprenticeship experience, and at least 2 years' experience in a similar luxury hotel setting.
  • Technical skills including project analysis, design, and comprehensive knowledge of engineering products and services used in resorts. Ability to interpret geometric shapes, patterns, and numerical data accurately.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.
