About Our Spa Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Spa Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, sustainability, and providing outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient operation of the spa department, ensuring that all services and products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Managing a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service recovery
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and products

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong passion for wellness and sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management
  • At least two years' experience in a similar hotel operational role
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with various hotel systems, including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
