Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative and Support Services Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage files, archives, and office supplies efficiently.
  • Assist with recruitment processes by arranging interviews and following up on documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records and calculate vacations.
  • Update employee files and databases regularly.

Other Tasks:

  • Support the organization of events and internal training sessions.
  • Establish strong relationships with government agencies to facilitate smooth business operations.

Language Support:

  • Translate documents between Chinese, English, and Arabic languages as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Chinese (both modern and written) is essential.
  • Good knowledge of English or Arabic is desirable.
  • Strong confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in an administrative or human resources role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
