Job Responsibilities
Administrative Affairs
- Manage files, archives, and office supplies.
Human Resources Department:
- Assistance with recruitment processes (arranging interviews, following up on documents).
- Record employee attendance and calculate vacations
- Maintain employee files and database updates
Other Tasks:
- Support the organization of events and internal training.
- Establishing good relationships with government agencies can contribute to the smooth running of the company's business
Translation and language support:
- Translation of documents between Chinese/English/Arabic
Skills
Job Requirements:
Languages:
- Proficiency in Chinese (both modern and written) – a prerequisite.
- Good knowledge of English or Arabic (priority is given to those who are fluent in both).
- Confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
- One year + experience in the administrative field or human resources
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
