Job Responsibilities

Administrative Affairs

  • Manage files, archives, and office supplies.

Human Resources Department:

  • Assistance with recruitment processes (arranging interviews, following up on documents).
  • Record employee attendance and calculate vacations
  • Maintain employee files and database updates

Other Tasks:

  • Support the organization of events and internal training.
  • Establishing good relationships with government agencies can contribute to the smooth running of the company's business

Translation and language support:

  • Translation of documents between Chinese/English/Arabic

Skills

Job Requirements:

Languages:

  • Proficiency in Chinese (both modern and written) – a prerequisite.
  • Good knowledge of English or Arabic (priority is given to those who are fluent in both).
  • Confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:

  • One year + experience in the administrative field or human resources
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
