Key Accountabilities
  • Overall responsibility for the Human Resources Division.
  • Align divisional operations with corporate strategies and brand standards.
  • Manage key personnel, public relations, employee accommodation, dining, and transportation functions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in large-scale operations.
  • Superb problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced understanding of HR databases and management systems.
  • Omani nationality required.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Background in Learning & Development advantageous.
