Job Title:
Human Resources Business Partner with Strategic Focus
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading HR operations and strategic initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders and regional HR teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.
Responsibilities:
Act as the focal point for all product lines, aligning HR support with operational priorities.
Serve as the primary HR contact, providing strategic guidance to management and employees.
Conduct regular meetings and visits to ensure visibility and employee connection.
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with Labour Law.
Partner with global HR teams on compensation, mobility, talent management, and learning programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a culture of inclusion and performance.
Analyze HR data and metrics to influence decisions and optimize workforce strategies.
Support internal audits, investigations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across departments.
Requirements:
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR with strategic goals.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of Labour Law and regional HR practices.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
High level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law (Master's or HR certification preferred).
