Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a mid-senior level position responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement in the construction machines and heavy equipment sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks, and opportunities for company growth. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

The role involves:

  • Customer and market prospecting and development
  • Update and interaction with CRM (client and project management)
  • Preparation of analysis, comparisons, and technical presentations on equipment
  • Preparation of proposals and contracts, and monitoring of project phases until delivery of equipment
  • Reporting and market research for strategic direction and guidance
  • Support for post-sales processes and actions
  • Support in organizing and implementing marketing campaigns

The successful candidate will have at least 4+ years' experience in a relevant field within Oman, with a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's Degree in Marketing. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving, mining machines, etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 4+ years' experience in a relevant field within Oman
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's Degree in Marketing
