We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented leader to oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of our food and beverage areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in kitchens and back-of-house areas, as well as managing kitchen equipment, staff, and inventory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and training staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and supplies.
  • Ensuring compliance with health department regulations and hotel standards.
  • Managing inventory and supplies, including chemicals and cleaning products.
  • Coordinating with the culinary team to support operations and events.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical or hospitality training is an asset.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a stewarding or kitchen sanitation role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, equipment, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and local food safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
