Chef de Cuisine

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will be responsible for driving innovation, excellence, and consistency in food production and service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement unique and appealing menu concepts, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to set pricing strategies and ensure menu profitability.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply chain optimization, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, leading and mentoring kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Establish and enforce high standards for food safety, hygiene, and presentation, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
  • Identify and introduce new culinary techniques and technologies to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A professional kitchen background, including at least 7 years of experience in senior roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with menu engineering, pricing strategies, and yield management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is desired.
